Happy 😃 Monday…..
Just got done with 15 minutes on proform recumbent bike….I did ride my wahoo trainer yesterday….had to keep it in lowest gears to keep average heart rate down…again a challenge to figure out…but did 3 miles on it….yesterday…the plan is to get on trainer again this afternoon…not happy about cruising at 5 mph on zwift…but a ride is a ride…and a workout…
My sleeping has improved a lot over the last month…just by readjusting my go to bed time…and I’m waking up refreshed and ready to ride once I’m up…now just to work on keeping heart rate down on the trainer…I notice on it…I want to shift gears and go faster….it’s part of riding zwift….
Walmart this morning…again a short list…20 min trip..I’m done and waiting in car for sister to finish…
The packing is down to the clothes…so pretty well packed and ready for the call to come…who knows when that may come….
