Different workout this morning…got on proform…rode level 1 resistance…13 min…4 miles…19 mph….just needed a break from trainer…
Still not sure about which to take…proform…easy to get on and ride… or wahoo bike and swing leg over…trying to look at it ahead in time as to which might be best choice….I hate missing a workout…even on what should be a day off….it’s hard for me to visualize that in months to come…I’ll be able to swing my leg over….unfortunately…not getting any more flexible….
Did use a 12 pound dumbbell last night before bed…figured I would start trying to work that into daily routine…one day at a time..makes a habit…
Woke up this morning to 54 degrees….like brrr…not use to that..been waking up to 70 and humidity…what a shock…
Well…..gonna weigh in…forgot to do that after first..second p this morning…see…where that’s at….
