Tuesday (day 2)
Goodmorning all you wonderful people. Sometimes i think about it, is really overwhelming how many people are in this with me... I think we should first all applaud ourselves for still being here, and doing this!
On the telly you sometimes see people with an obsene amount of weight they have to lose, and they do it all in one episode (very impressive). What the program portrays are the 5 times one hour per week they have to work out at the gym, their ups and downs at the diet-departement, and an occational psychological session. All still very impressive, really.
But what is MOST impressive is the collective knowledge that we all have on this site... The hours outside the gym, where you have energy left to work-out more, but it is advised not to. The thousands of times you "almost" had a binging mood, that you where strong enough to withstand. The hours that "normal life" goes on, and you wonder why everybody is against you. The weeks on end that you have to keep up the insane program, just to loose an amount of weight equal to a turd. And don't forget that your target is still YEARS ahead of you no matter how hard you are doing it, or trying.
NOW THATS IMPRESSIVE!!!!
so for everyone here on FS and in the world, that lost over 50kilo of bodyweight. I bow to you all!!!
My higest regards, Maud.
