OMG Im pretty sure this is a blip from a crazy weekend of "well I already screwed up so..."

Back on track today and Im not mad at myself. I made mistakes, I enjoyed food and family, and now its time to reel it in.

Ok Im a little mad at myself. I hate feeling restricted, but when I dont restrict myself I just go off the deep end. I dont know why I do that - even knowing all that I know.
120.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 38.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
