I hope that "1badegg" in not a representation of how you feel about yourself. If so start with requesting a name change with FS. Think of something positive and start doing positive things for yourself. I am not going to look at your numbers becuase I think you first need to first address how you feel about you. Be healthy, best wishes and if you need support just ask.

Well, in my opinion just writing it down is your first step. On this site we are all frustrated about one thing or another. Hopefully you can find some new ways of changing how you look at things. There are the most incredible people on here, and they have helped and supported me through so many ups and downs. I just hope they can help you as well. Best of luck, and remember it has to start with you.

no i actually use the 1badegg as a combo of my last name. Thank you for the support. I just have a lot of self esteem issues for the last 20 years. I figure I could be stick thin and still would find something I didnt like about myself. Looking forward to the support.

I identify with you in reference to the self esteem issues. I have them too. I am glad to hear that you were not thinking of yourself in that light. This site is a wonderful place to start. Feel free to reach out and request buddies if you feel you require more support. That's the only way your post will be on constant radar. If you need a higher level of interaction make sure you select buddies that journal, comment and are on the site regularly. Best wishes on your journey. You can do this!

I think alot of us have the self esteem issues over the years. Me for instances even tho people tell me I am looking thinner, I can still look in the mirror and see the fat guy, but for the most part I have done my best to let the fat guy go.

I was just rolling my meaty arms this morning and wondering how I let this get so out of control. I was asking myself why didn't I get (and keep) this under control 20yrs ago. But you know what? We're working on it now and have to give ourselves encouragement for that positive step forward. We laugh, we cry, we journal, we use FatSecret (and our Buddies) to try to figure out why we do some of things we do re:food. And we learn and grow in all the right directions toward a healthier life. You CAN do this!
