Alive day 1232 - it is a great day. Had my Primary care appointment yesterday and other than getting weighed in my steel toe boots and work clothes - it went really well. The comment from my Doc is that I am the healthiest Diabetic she knows. I will take that as a win. All my labs are normal and my A1c is tracking at 5.7. This is my evidence that what I am doing is working. My wife is my co pilot on this journey and I could not do this with out her. I want to say thank you to you all for the information, positive examples and encouragement along the way. I am alive today because we can do this together. I hope that you can all find the spark today to reach your goals. We are worth it, We are capable and We can meet the challenges.
