Fourth day of MOVE. This is an excellent challenge. Although I have been tempted, I haven't got on the scale yet because we are not supposed to weigh but once a week. Several of the folks on the Atkins site that are doing this are bumping their fat intake up to 75%. My fat percentage is more like 63%. I am not going to mess with my percentages because I am satisfied and not craving. I still watch my calorie intake, it is easy to overboard if you don't. I am anxious to see the results, for myself and the rest of the folks that are doing it.
