It is a cold morning here in the Ozarks. This is the third day of MOVE and everything is going well. It is officially spring now so it will warm up eventually and then we can golf.(if it doesn't rain). I am enjoying the strict rules of the MOVE plan and I find that I like a structured plan. Just knowing that I can't eat something gives me more resolve than, "Okay I can eat anything,but I hope I don't gain". Anyway it is working for me and I am not craving anything. I have some serious house cleaning to do today so I should be busy for most of the afternoon.
