Sunshine, warmth, I can hardly contain my excitement. Day 5 of my MOVE challenge went well and I am working on day 6. I have been tempted to jump on the scale, but I have held fast and I am waiting until Monday morning. We will soon see if my effort was worth it. I could have had a Ruben sandwich last night for supper, but I turned it down in lieu of a salad and some fried cabbage. Some how the fact that I said no to the sandwich makes me feel in charge of my diet. I should say no more often, like when cake is served!
