Oops! Didn't mean to make yesterday's journal sound so dire! Thank you everybody for all your encouragement. I only meant there will be days when you won't be hearing much from me - appreciate your understanding.
Having a great day today. Eating according to plan. Went to bed at 8:30 last night and finally got caught up on my sleep. The sun is out and the mud has dried so I get to walk the nature trail (during 1 hour lunch break). 66 degrees - I love Spring!

I chuckled one time while traveling in the US. There was a lumber company near the Canadian border. The name of the company was "Far North Logging". You American are so funny. :D
