Time to climb up out of the dark hole. This week has been stressful (on many levels) and I did not handle it well. I just dropped out of one of my challenges since it was adding to my stress level (and guilt).

My "plan" is actually a comforting routine, not difficult to follow. If sometime in the future I hit a plateau, I'll deal with it then. Right now I just need to get back into sync.

Tomorrow morning's weight in will proceed as scheduled, even though the results won't be pretty.

So having gotten that out of my system, I intend to have a fabulous weekend! Wishing the same for all of you.

Oh... and work just sux sometimes. Doesn't it? It's my #1 diet / exercise killer. It just clobbers me sometimes. Anyway, just wanted to say you're not alone. Anytime you need to vent about work, feel free to PM me. I'm right there with ya.

Have a better week this next one. Work is often a big stressor. Does me in routinely. Mine is always stressful and mentally exhausting some weeks worse than others. I succumb now and then and buy beer which mean I will drink it. Doesn't matter if I know instead I should just work the stress out with exercise and doing thing I enjoy.
