Day 31. After reviewing today's food journal, I've concluded that my fat intake was way too high, so I decided to toss out my homemade jalapeno ranch dressing. I was happy with my carb and protein intake though. Can't wait for my shake mix to get here, I think that will be a convenient way of upping up my protein intake without the second and third order effects of calories/fats/or carbs. Tomorrow, just another manic Monday....

Where did all the fat come from...you ate very clean...especially for a Funday Sunday. Well, regardless, hope you don't have a Manic Monday but rather a low-fat Magnificent Monday:)

Yeh, the Ranch dressing and the Flora Udo's oil account for more than half your fat grams today. I know what you mean, I was really trying to keep my fat intake down for most of my weight-loss too! Good luck getting it down tomorrow.
