Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday.....

I normally start my daily fasting at 11am-12 pm each day....and that runs into my morning ride/ workout in zwift....that’s usually around 6am or so when I’m riding and trying to take in enough supplements to fuel me thru the ride....for me....supplements work for the ride...but being on a fast before the ride...the supplements are like appetizers.....and then when I eat breakfast...well...let’s face it....my tummy would like seconds of breakfast....but the kitchen is closed....

I’m doing a Strava challenge this month...400 km by end of month...yesterday I had 348 km....and today would be my 4th day of riding...but my body is tired...I’m sure I can do 5 miles...but it doesn’t stop at 5 ....it never stops at just 5....I’m thinking today the recliner gets my body to recover...then Thursday..Friday..Saturday......ride like the wind...and end my month ....last month around 245 in miles...this month more...shooting for 2021 miles by end of year...but thinking as year goes on....it will add up...

Noticed my Fitbit wasn’t synced with fatsecret yesterday...when I have calories out...so set that up again.....

Fitbit told me this morning...I had lost more inches....I knew last night I was burning calories at 6pm...sitting in recliner....cause I was sitting there thinking about breakfast today...lol....as I sit here journaling...that mood has passed....but it is 4am....feed time at 7am or so....coffee is already made and waiting....

I guess today is recovery day....means lots of extra sleep today....I sleep great at nite....but my days off....seems like that’s all I do....I mean it’s light chores compared to regular days....just enough to get thru the day...

Well....have a fantastic positive day....
