😃 😃 happy Monday...
A difference 8 hours of sleep makes...feel more refreshed today...but workout was harder today...kinda think it was same routs as yesterday...just opposite direction...and a difference in direction does make for a different ride...
Snow is melting...can see dead grass in places....I’m guessing by Wednesday or Thursday it may all be gone...with the warmer days this week..
Walmart day...not been there in 2 weeks cause of the cold weather and the snow...actually still have food...but freezer is getting bare ....time to restock it....
Got to add shake onto yesterday’s food menu..it was good...lol
