Happy Presidents Day! I have to work but cannot complain after getting Thursday and Friday off due to the winter storm.
Starting yesterday, I am eating back on plan - and it feels good!

You and others who pre-plan their menus amaze me. I can't do it. I'm so off the cuff when deciding what to prepare for a meal. A spur of the moment and what would I like. The most I can do is get the meat out of the freezer then decide when I'm preparing the meal what I'm going to do. Envy your orderliness.

Good to hear you are back to work as well as back on the good eating plan. I'm like CR, I am off the cuff and on the fly!! I can't pre-plan and stick to it.
