Today was my recovery day, giving my body a 24 hr rest. Actually been taking steps to get my art selling again, started a facebook page to promote it, as well as finishing some oil paintings. Getting my life back.

Yes, it does! Today, did a weight workout at the gym, a little on the treadmill, AND, ta-da lost another pound since Sunday! For me, that'a huge hurdle.
