Okay, went up a pound again. Was veryyy good this week. So I looked through my notes from two years ago, when I initially lost the bulk of my weight, and it seems that when I was in the 130's before, I had the same problem. Long plateau and a lot of 1 lb plus and minuses. Then all of a sudden a drop of several pounds. Hope that's happening now. Am staying the course. I feel good today. Off to Tabata later.
