managed to do 8584 steps. did about 6000 steps,came in the house. went out a few hours later. I do understand that without exercise I probably would be gaining a bit. so have to keep on with the walking. just not so easy at 67 yrs to walk 2 miles In the winter..(sorry to complain,it was just easier in the summer.((
