A bit up again...mia culpa, had 3 quality street chocs yest thinking i was going to work my ass off at the gym in the eve! Will start recording my cals burned from fuel band at end of day. I really have to watch it when I go to high carb, doesn't look like I am consuming much fibre, looks more like it's carb from sugar? will be keeping an eye on this.
58.5 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know what you mean with those damn carbs. I was fighting tooth and nail last night not to have some ice cream! Gosh that was hard! Good luck today and hope you have a great one!
