Today was a great day but sort of strange. I gotten through my challenge. BUT decided to just listen to my body, to see what it wanted to do. Wouldn't you know it. It didn't really want to eat any junk nor food. Just drinks. Coffee and water. Some how I did a workout. I felt really good afterwards. before that I did some ironing that I had put off. There wasn't anything planned. I shall weigh in tomorrow as I know that there is a drop. I just wanted to wait and see.
