It's been a great day. I'm still doing my challenge(Day5) I didn't come in to comment on anything. But I did write and got my water in. Today(Day6) was pretty chilly, didn't really feel like doing much of anything. sort of just laid around. I will just wait and post my weigh on Monday. I can say that this challenge has help kick started my efforts. Even if it is just water weight. the scale did move.

No New year resolutions. Just taking one day at a time focused on what will make me better.

GOOD JOB on getting in your water! I was able to start with SIX cups on the 27th, and was able to up it to 8 cups as I dropped from 1-1/2 two-liter bottles of Diet Coke a day to only 1/2 of a two-liter now. Some say you should drink 1/2 of your body weight in ounces! I weigh 245, so that would be over 120 ounces FIFTEEN little 8-oz bottles! YIKES! Don't know if I'll ever get THAT water-conscious. But, who knows - miracles CAN happen!

Yes I heard the same thing about weight and water amount. I wonder about that. unless they are saying liquids total. But Thanks Debbie for you comment. Here's to our success.
