Nrrded sleeve to support my knee when I ride...thumbs up on these....

I had an old set of ace elastic knee supports...that were trying to retire...found the new ones ...great and they feel better when I ride as well....

7 Mile ride this morning...not a lot of elevation...but that’s ok...just wanted to do a ride...well..not really...but once I got dressed for the ride....and got settled in on bike....first 4 miles went by quick...so..I’m thinking time to increase mileage from average 4 mile rides up to 5 miles..keep adding on...keep getting strong we...

Ride today in London..on one of the older courses...a lot of riders on..but on different courses....

Kept up and busy yesterday..cell alarm had to wake me up this morning....glad it did...I was out of it...

Gloomy day...colder temps...but I don’t care...positive day for me...7 mile ride..I impressed myself today...of course I had to tell myself...I can do this...it was finish course or 7 miles...I did both...7.79 miles....

Not sure what rest of day holds...did all the closets yesterday....and even some plastic storage carts....the stuff I hang on to...geeez.....
