Welcome to Motivational Monday! Eeeekkk in 5 weeks will be the first Monday of 2021! I am bit worried about "eating my way" thru the whole month of December, as I sure have been continually overeating these past weeks - months - year!
I was in the diet mentality last Christmas, so did well. I need to make healthy food as fun & festive as possible, so I do not gain. I can do this! Any suggestions??
