Welcome to Motivational Monday! Eeeekkk in 5 weeks will be the first Monday of 2021! I am bit worried about "eating my way" thru the whole month of December, as I sure have been continually overeating these past weeks - months - year!

I was in the diet mentality last Christmas, so did well. I need to make healthy food as fun & festive as possible, so I do not gain. I can do this! Any suggestions??

Love those little Christmas trees. Might try making them soon. Monday is the day to start again. Just jump back on the bandwagon and start over. Good luck.
