🙋‍♀️Welcome to Motivational Monday! I was going thru my To Do List and it was getting longer & longer. I felt a bit overwhelmed, then defeated by all that I didn't do this past week.😕 I said: "I need a hug!" So I hugged myself, happy that I am here and moving forward.🧘‍♀️ I found a 21-day Meditation Challenge because I suspect I need a few minutes daily for some self-reflection as the hectic weeks quickly countdown to 2021!🎄

Today, I hope you hug yourself, say kind winds and find 10 minutes daily to quietly be with yourself, in meditation, prayer or journalling.
