I agree even at my skinniest I couldn't shake the fat feeling. but it felt really good to wear whatever I wanted without it being tight

You are looking great. Give yourself permission to feel good about what you have achieved! I lost 40 lbs and when I look in mirror I don't see myself like others do but when I see a picture of myself I can definitely see the weight loss. If you are down in clothes size that is validation! Love yourself!💜

Thank you its good to know im not the only one who feels this way at my heaviest i was 210 now I'm 146. It must be a mental thing

You look amazing! I often feel the same way. The only thing that is stopping me from giving up is the idea that i look better than i used to and im going to look even better when i hit my final goal.

I have the opposite problem- think I look great until I try to post a pic and then think- Geez... that doesn't look right. 😄

You are doing great so pat yourself on the back. I understand the concept. I've lost a bit of weight and still think I'm the biggest person I know. My pictures are truly terrible to me.

I think that's because we have been seeing this heavier us day after day for years. Its our minds eye picture of ourselves. I look at pics of myself now and, I see a familiar stranger. in my mind, I am still 75lbs heavier. I think it's just going to take more days after days for maybe a year. I don't really know. being thin is new to me.

If you can work at changing your mind set solely from being thin to including your weight control journey in your overall plan to be as healthy as you can be. That includes eating a little healthier most of the time, and increasing your routine physical activity.. Remind yourself that this is a positive change in your lifestyle that you would like to carry on into the future. From my perspective, learning to master portion control and moderation in your food choices works so well for most people. Any way of eating that creates guilt if you eat a forbidden food or that rapidly negates your progress if you go off plain is not sustainable. You can do this. I

We all have a picture in our mind be it weight or age to hair color. It will change when you let it reset to the current realities. Might take some help but it does happen. Be you

Just remember, some people would love to be at that weight. Look at your accomplishments, as well as how far you would like to go. I am one of those previously mentioned people, by the way.
