I have a daughter that absolutely loves her weighted blanket. I don't know that it changes how she sleeps, or if it just makes her feel nice and cozy. I imagine it would be worth a try! I hope you find something to help. ❤️ Good sleep (or the lack) is absolutely weight related! 😁

Thanks for the info ladies I'm going to give it a try I remember when I had my c-section they put weighted bags on me and I loved it so I think I'm going to give it a whirl

My friend has terrible sleep problems, she uses one. I sleep hot, so I don’t use a blanket unless it gets really cold. I would love a weighted blanket, if I didn’t sleep so hot.

Yes. I have a weighted quilt and it feels so good, but it does get hot. I sleep better with it.
