walked fuive miles...back to 21 grams daily...dialysis is not going to be a good look for you Dianne..major ptotein slip at Dustins..blue cheese, potato salad and peas ..and I had a plan I did not follow..baked potato and cole slaw..drained..so now back on it...also take eraser sized bites
