Woke at 232.8, down 3.1 from yesterday. Did not do my workout this morning, so this might be my weekly rest day. Targeting about 1750 calories today. UPDATE: Got to 231.6 before dinner. Ate chicken breasts at both meals, but added some veggies and red wine at the end of the day.
