Can't believe I've done this twice this week: I had to go back and add the coffee I drank so I actually went over my calories yesterday.

Will give it another shot today!

I do the same thing. I'm trying to cut myself back to only 1 cup a day now or else the creamer I use in my coffee always gets me. I'm still trying to figure out how people drink it black.

It's good to stay on top of things like that, but let's face it....even with our best efforts at weighing and measuring all our foods, it's well within the margin of error. Don't beat yourself up....I'd still count yesterday as a "win!"

Seems I remember I forgot to enter something when I'm in bed and it's around 3:00a.m. I just add it the next day. No biggie.

Sandy - you are right. I wonder if they add enough calories to account for someone who licks the packaging to get every last bit - LOL.
