61? Really? I just turned 61? Nah... you are just joshing me, right? I don't feel 61! Hmmm... OH MY GOSH! I HAVE MY GRAND FATHER'S HANDS - what an honor! I wonder what else I have?.... thinner hair, bigger belly, flatter feet, wider presence, failing eyes, memory (ugh, what's a memory?) One enjoyable senior moment after another.. yep, I got it! Pure joy! The journey seems short... the memories seem close... the happiness will be forever... for those that have: Thank you for taking this ride with me, it has and will continue to be my pleasure to be on this continuing journey with you within my circle! May God bless us all with continuing pleasure for life!

Happy 61st, to my fellow Pacific Northwesterner! Hang in there and keep following your plan. You obviously know what to do, since you've done so well this far, just stick with it and results will eventually follow. Show that weight WHO is more stubborn....you can outlast it :)
