I was looking forward to the ice cream for a few days now, :-( I allow myself to have two servings a month, but our freezer was having problems staying closed for a bit - that's probably what did it.
I haven't tried halo top, I'm not sure how I feel about the erythritol in it (though it's probably not worse than actual sugar!). It'd have to still taste like real ice cream, otherwise it'd defeat the treat aspect 😃 their flavors look good though!

LOL so I'm rereading my post - I think my stomach hurts cause the ice cream was bad, not because I ate too much. I did only have one serving 😅

I beg to differ with it going bad that quickly. As long as you have a kid on it, it should last a couple of months.

I think it would taste "off" if it had gone bad. I keep ice cream for months and have never had a problem.

Maybe it was just cause of the freezer problems. I'll put it in the back next time

Could be just one of its ingredients was off. Agree, put it to the rear and try storing it in a plastic sealed bag next time to keep away the freezer "air."
