Happy Saturday, if that is what today is :)

Quick dinner - used leftovers: Pan seared chicken coated with pork rinds over a bed of zoodles with butter, hot paprika, lemon pepper and salt. And, on the side some simple fresh tomato/cucumber spritzed with EVO & black pepper.

After working in the garage fighting wallboard this afternoon, this was a pleasant reward.
