All: Okay, I don't think my last post worked but if this is a duplicate my apologies. I made a crock pot dish of beef, carrots, onions and potatoes. I portioned it into five fairly equal servings using my food scale. It worked out to be about 320 calories and 26 net carbs per serving. A little heavy in the carbs maybe I'll try less potato or a substitute like kohlarabi, Sorry, about the bad pic - I need practice. Stay safe everyone! Bob

Look up Milk Street's Tuscan Pepper Beef recipe - it's lower carb and made with beef chuck, onion, and red wine. It's cooked in the oven, no browning, no added flour.
