Woke at 220.6, up 1.8 after a 3200 calorie eating day. About 600 of those were wine and vodka, though. Fasting today and will eat tomorrow. Started with bodyweight and dumbbell work. UPDATE: Weighed 220.4 at 5 pm. Didn't really move much water today. Should be 218-219 by morning.
