Another day of food planning. I had only one meal today and it suited me just fine. I fried up some fresh morel mushrooms and catfish for my hubby and I had a bowl of chili from last night with a few saltines. I have kept busy all day running back and forth to the bathroom. I think I could have had a colonoscopy with having to prep! I suppose in those circumstances, I probably shouldn't have had the chili.
