Happy Palm Sunday everyone. I really miss going to church so I am going to watch it on TV. Our Lord Jesus gave up so much for us he deserves all the love and respect we can give him. Stomach is settled down and I enjoyed a delicious salad for breakfast. I haven't decided what is for dinner or lunch yet, but the salad satisfied my need to chew and it took longer to eat than a couple of eggs. I am a fast eater, which I think is a lot of my problem with food. I don't give my body time to tell me I have had enough. I got up thinking about peanut butter toast and settled for a salad. And of course coffee.
