My PF closed. I knew it was a matter of time. Interested in how I'll look in 8 weeks after mostly cardio... or light weights. And today was back day. :( It's crazy how much is taken for granted and how spoiled and blessed we are because this being only day 3 of inconveniences is killing me. And really- the gym should maybe be the least of my concern- but I am more selfish than I would care to admit. I hate change and I hate when things don't go as planned... I would never survive long term in a catastrophic situation. I don't even own a flashlight except on my cell phone and if I do- it likely has no batteries.

I haven't been to PF since 03.06.2020 because I'm in a high risk group. I really miss going to the gym. It made it easy to hit my activity goals. I have been doing body weight exercises and walk/runs. At least it's getting warm here and I'm able to go outside...

Chris77– actually yes. I was asked to consider coming in as part of an organizational team. Still in the hospital setting. I would love, just love to do it but I think it’s wisest to play it safe. I’m going to be dealing with sick sister issues for a long time. If I contracted this virus and passed it to her, she wouldn’t survive. Color me disappointed.

I have few things to use but boy do I miss heavier weights and the variety of the gym... I live in a studio apartment in an old NYC building so any jumping or stepping up n down on chairs is out. Lol Suddenly my 15lb kettle bell is too light and not very useful. Resistance bands too light. So I decided to work on my pushups, side planks and ab roller etc. wanted to go run this morning but is raining... Stay healthy. We will get through this! 💪🏻

I miss heavy weights and equipment so much. May have to purchase some DBs and KBs online to get some relief on this withdrawal.
