Thank you Diana 💜💜💜 I have been taking this so seriously but Wednesday I was hit with shear anxiety and tears. I had to make a Target run because certain easy foods for the kids aren’t available everywhere and the schools are closed. I drove into the cart holder in the parking lot😩 I would be dishonest if I said I wasn’t scared to death.  

I get it... I have had my moments. Deep breaths!!!

I understand jc I worked in the hospital for 16 years before I became a private duty pediatric nurse. When I was in nursing school everyone was so scared of Aids (1988). But we did what had to be done. Home health exposed me to many things before I retired. I am praying for you 🙏. Just remember to follow protocol to protect yourself 😷. You are stronger than you know sweetheart. Stay safe. ❤️❤️❤️ much love to you.

They have put up 3 special field hospitals here in Florida with extra test kits available for those who are getting sick. They have closed down restaurants and bars and asking people to stay home.🌹🙇‍♀️

I understand that this is a weight loss app. I would also like to add that this is a time for ♥️♥️♥️🙏🙏🙏. This will touch all of us here besides not being able to go to the gym or have a nice stock on fresh veggies. This is a time to be stay in contact with your family and friends by phone. You can certainly sit outside or exercise outside. I am purchasing gym equipment. I don’t go to the gym, but we we’re about to. This is a time to remember that frozen fruits and veggies are important too. This is a time to focus more on the human aspect and not shaming those here who are sharing how scared they are or might be going through a binge. Don’t be ugly and say that “ people had it harder” this is NOT the time. Practice a healthy WOE to the best you can. Lift cans if needed, do push-ups, cardio, walk tonight in your yard, practice social distancing. You might be healthy and young.... your parents and grandparents, sick children, autoimmune..... it makes me sad. Tonight we are doing delivery and supporting local business. I ordered pretty healthy. ☺️💪☀️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏💜💚

Elihu, yes it is. I am a health care worker and have immunosuppressive disorders. But this is what all healthcare staff should be expected to wear soon. ♥️🙏💜💚
