Woke at 224.2, down 1.0 from yesterday. Beer, whiskey, and red wine last night. Oh yeah, I did eat some beef and broccoli, too. UPDATE: Did a conference today so had a nice lunch. Did a few glasses of wine after it was over. Came home at 222.6, which I was happy with. FInished the Mediterranean beef and some more broccoli. I've eaten a lot of calories this past week. I need to drop that to get back to the 2-teens. Likely will fast on Friday.
