I woke at 235.8, up 1.0 and paying for the fun of Japanese food out with my son last night. Jumping back into the coffee and water fast. Will stick to it today and hold out until at least dinner on Sunday. UPDATE: Got to 235.0 at 5:30. No hunger at all.
