There are a bunch of teenagers and junk food in my house. I decided to log my food as I ate. I am glad I did or I would probably have overeaten my RDI by about 1,000 calories. I am within my RDI. I may go over, but only by a bit and I ate under goal several days this week so it's all good. As much as I find logging tiresome, it really lets me know just how much I have been underestimating my caloric intake, especially at parties. Instead of a second slice of pizza, I opted for blueberries, and, truth be told, I'm enjoying them more.
