Met girlfriends for breakfast and ordered the veggie benedict with fruit instead of potatoes. It was really yummy and I felt good instead of overstuffed when I was finished. The food was really fresh and well-prepared. I think the exchanges I made will help avoid the water retention that the ham and potatoes would have caused. As much as I really like salty foods, I have to admit feeling energized instead of sluggish is enjoyable. I'm trying to keep my focus on how well I feel when i eat properly so it becomes my go to and a healthy weight and overall well-being will be the consequence of my good choices rather than making losing the weight my focus. It definitely feels better to feel well!
