You are very welcome Bruce! I forgot to add Magnesium there, something really worth taking, good to maintain good energy and helps fix insomnia and anxiety, in a nutshell, good relaxation.

Elizabeth what do you track with it, minerals? I am lazy to track, I don’t here either. I don’t count calories, I just have an integrated approximate calculator in my brain and try to have a my least 1500cal/day. I realised not long ago that I tend to under-eat so I am getting back to 3 meals per day. Currently I take multivitamins, magnesium & B6, krill oil, ashwagandha and probiotics. Next week, I’m going to add there a lot more to balance my dysthymia and get rid of that nasty foggy feeling that opium put me into. And back to the gym to level those endorphines again.

They rather recommend to take NAC for this, Shea. Niacin is good to improve your memory, boost your brain overall, remove fatigue, it’s also a great antioxydant so nice to your skin. My little notes were very succinct but I could make a post for every amino acid or vitamin. I’ve been studying the brain chemistry, it’s very interesting.

Niacin is wonderful if you can take it. Unfortunately, I am highly allergic to the pill form. Must get it through food sources.

Erq, I am sorry 😔 of course it depends on individual body responses and you guys and your doctor know better. This is just a very quick overview of things that can make us feel better. I dont tolerate SSRI well so I’d rather take amino acids than suffer in my corner.

I speak from actual life experience. My son was diagnosed with Schizo- affective Bipolar disorder 30 years ago. It is actual Niacin - not the NAC or the non flush formula that works. Taking it he was able to reach and maintain an almost normal life.

I am sorry Shea. I imagine it’s not something you can buy over the counter? Great it worked for him. Again, I’m not a doctor and I use supplements for less preoccupying personal conditions.

You can buy it in most stores. Have to read the label to make sure you area getting true Niacin and not Niacinamide.
