Weighed myself after a move (just finished unpacking and rearranging) and ta-da! I never knew I’d see this number and a thigh gap in my adult life! Refined carb and sugar are indeed the real culprits, everyone!! Eating clean foods mostly really works. (I didn't do Keto nor plant-based diet) Feeling great and energetic, too! Watch the Magic Pill and the C Word on Netflix. Wish I did it all much earlier.

Thanks, Emalee and keyten!! ❤️ Even better news is that my husband has also lost about 20 lbs this way since his return already. We’re flying to Orlando Universal tomorrow to celebrate our dd’s bday and take a long overdue family vacation, and looking forward to taking lots of family pics there. 😊💕

Thanks, liv001! Living in an empty house and hotels for the past month was not fun but I’m happy it’s all over now. No abs due to little exercise. Hope to re-establish my workout routine after the trip. ☺️

They are definitely something that needs to be avoided to reduce calorie intake, especially for the lighter among us. Congrats to you and your husband! I'd avoid getting nutrition science from "documentaries" with hidden agendas. Netflix is not a good source. The Gamechangers is the worst one so far.

Diablo, yes I also watched the Game Changers and the Forks over Knives and I know what you mean. Also trying not to be obsessed or only adhering to a certain diet. Balance is key! It’s amazing how much a difference a lifestyle change makes. 😊

looking great! I'm with you on the diet... just eliminating refined sugar, carbs and deep fried food made all the difference. prime video has the "great courses" video series and I'm working through Body Composition: Diet & Exercise and it's enlightening.. enjoy the family and vacation!

Well done! I have also found that getting rid of daily sugar has enabled me to drop a few extra pounds that I never thought that I could drop. I seldom eat fast food. I have also easily maintained since.
