What I've cooked and eaten yesterday and today. Every cooked meal and treat was made from scratch with limited cooking tools (trying to empty our refrigerator before we move) and some of these were shared with my family. 👩‍🍳

From top left) 1. grass-fed whole milk vanilla yogurt with fresh fruits, dried cranberries and pepitas (yesterday's breakfast)

2. "Doenjangguk" soybean paste soup with spinach, napa cabage, zucchi and soft tofu

3. Cornbread (treat to celebrate reaching the lowest weight in my adult life)

4. Homemade strawberry jam (for my kids)

- Not in the pic but had a salad bowl for dinner yesterday

5 & 6. My husband and I from last weekend 🥰

7. Scrambled eggs with tomato, chicken breast, chive and oyster sauce (today's breakfast)

8. Stir-fried kimchi topped with steamed sweet potato and shredded mozzarella cheese (today's lunch)

9. Beef cabbage soup

10. Pan-fried marinated pork shoulder "Korean Galbi" (today's family dinner)

11. Chive pancakes with pork galbi (my son's plate)

12. Spicy chive salad, spicy fried garlics, spicy soybean sauce with pork galbi (my plate). Had these with fresh kimch and lettuce wraps. 😋
