Short journal today..can’t seem to access fs on webpage...like somebody forgot to do the coding right.... Happy happy Wednesday.... Broke up my workout today into 2x30 min workout..actually rode faster...but less elevation... Errands today..little warmer out...36 this morning....but feels like 29.... Well....fs..wish you would get you crap together...this is getting old.... Have a great dat

With my sight like it is....just using the app on fatsecret..I can’t increase the size of the part where I comment or journal....which when I can access the webpage..I have that option.....yesterday...I wasn’t able to access my food journal till later in the day..I guess they finally fixed that..today I’m unable to access my page at all.....why can’t you check your work....

My second try of returning a comment using my phone...darn fs today..Alnona...once i start riding and the endorphins start releasing...its no longer hard to stick with it...

Alnona... I ride usually about an hour after I wake up...I’m usually still in a 18-19 hour fast...but have the energy for an hour ride...depending on how hard I ride...this morning...I did a 30 min ride...that was challenging...and after that rode another 30 minutes...but this morning..I had a sis energy gel 45min into the ride...as I wanted to have extra energy to ride a little harder...
