Happy Hump Day :)

The scale seem to be inching down....slowly, but I think I shall wait a couple of days til I see the number more steady & not flicking back & forewards. I didn't expect it as I had a slice of fudge cake with icecream after dinner & a piece of 90% dark chocolate. Now that is serious chocolate. It seems like to grow in your mouth the more you chew it ;) just devine!!!

Went on the lateral trainer last night for 30 minutes & did bodypump on my own as LB wanted to keep his mum company. I missed him. Just to see his cheeky smile in the mirror usually spures me on. Never the less I mangaged to increase my weight slighlty during 1 exercise. The only 1 I don't seem to improve are my biceps.

I had a long chat with my mum in the afternoon & even squeezed half hour of weeding in the garden in. It really needs it. All the stuff I normally do during the winter still needs catching up on.

I am looking forward to Kettlebell tonight. The class is really getting busy lately. Good that he will do another one on Monday evenings from mid April on :)

Sunshine is really good for my mood: I do envy peeps living in the desert ;). Happy Days


Edit: A mouse/ rat has died in my bosses office. It started smelling last thursday & now it reeks. They can't to anything about it as it is in the wall cavity. The windows are wide open, its 0 degrees outside. I think I will go on strike!!!!
