Happy happy rainy cold Wednesday...

42..feels like 39....guess winter is slowly crawling in...even though...I’d rather it not...

Been going to bed at 6 pm..on nights there’s nothing on tv..and getting 9 hours of sleep instead of 8 and can tell the difference in my wanting to get outta bed before alarm clock goes off at 430 am...summer time...don’t seem to need as much sleep..but as the days get colder....bed seems to call my name...

Rode on watopia again this morning..actually felt more into it today...even got elevation along with the miles...felt great to get my workout in and stay warm and dry....

Need to thaw fish out for baking tomorrow.....

Weigh in tomorrow or Friday...not that it really matters...I feel like I’m in maintenance mode..weight on scales seems to stay pretty close to same..even though the inches are coming off...still a win situation...

Well...was able to download my morning ride...

Time to refeed..get morning chores going...stuff to do inside....
