I recorded my dinner and accidentally poured a ton of pepper on the veggies as I was cooking them. I tried to rinse the pepper off but it stuck to the pearled cauliflower. Oh well. Need to buy a proper pepper shaker. The big one from Sam's Club is a disaster ready to happen again.

I have done that before, or the lid came off and I have dumped entire jar of spices in my plate. at least you could wash some off.

I ended up eating the larger veggies but the pepper stuck to the pearled cauliflower. Boo hoo.

Still had some left in bottle for avocado this morning. They say pepper combats inflammation and helps burn calories. Not sure if just cayenne or black but black is plenty hot in large quantities.😈

I just splurged and bought electric salt and pepper grinders. So neat, and they have a light, so you can see it falling into your food. Makes me smile! 💜💛💚

I've never heard of an electric pepper grinder. I do love kitchen gadgets and have been eyeing a spiralizer on Amazon. Truth is I don't have room for what I have and some things like my food processor I rarely use. I do have a mini food processor I use more. I also have the manual pepper grinder but rarely use it.
