So had a filling high fat breakfast. It will sustain me til my body switches to burn on Ketones until tomorrow morning. I see others have succeeded by perseverance so I can do this. Sometimes at 74 I think "why even keep working at my weight and health?" but I don't think I have it in me to give up or just give in to doing whatever I feel like doing on a long term basis. I did give in and give up for the nine months after Thankgiving 2018 when my homeless adult daughter moved in due to her poor health and I gained a lot of fat and lost a lot of mobility. After doing 30 Day Keo Challenge or just a wee, yesterday it seemed like I could walk a little easier and I made it to 24 Hour Fitness to ride bike for 30 minutes. Today my right hip is a little sore but not bad. So any one else who's struggling--we can do this no matter our age or health.
